I have gotten 3 wonderful vehicles from them, my first one got totaled in an accident with a drunk driver, and Mike was so amazing and understanding when I fell behind in payments while recovering from my accident, when I came back to him a few months later, after we had received payment for the first car from my insurance, I went right back to him for my second and third vehicles. Any time that anything has gone wrong, he is right there helping me find good places to get it fixed without costing me a million dollars. I highly recommend going to the Allens for reliable used cars!

Very happy. Found myself in need of used car on short notice. Looked around on the net for a local place to go and selected to go to Allen's due to being in business for several decades and being a former Marine. Mike is a no pressure salesman and honest. He gave us six month warranty on the vehicle and even had a repair done at his cost. Very happy.

These people are so nice. Not stressful at all. Let me test drive three cars with no problems. Gave me an awesome price, and had everything ready for me when I finally picked one. Was in there the night before and then picked it up the very next morning. This place is very well put together. They got everything down pat. Loved the experience and the folks were so friendly. Mike & Bill are great people. I was looking to buy something bigger than my car I had, which was not big enough for my 2 girls and all their things they like to carry around. I looked online before going found something that interested my eye. My mom & I went to look at it. It was a 2003 Ford explorer. After looking over it & test driving it I wanted it! There was something minor wrong with it, we talked to Mike about it & he offered to fix it. I picked my truck up Feb 14th.They worked with me when the wheel bearing went out shortly after buying the truck. Really nice guys!! It was a great car buying experience & would go back there myself to buy another vehicle, as well as referring people to them!!

After I lost my car in an accident last year I was completely frustrated with looking for a good used car at another dealer. They ran horrible or were priced too high. I was about to give up when I met Bill & Mike. It is very hard to find a good honest used car salesman. From the day I met them I trusted them and they felt like family. I have had my car for over a year and with no problems. My daughter bought a car last June with her graduation money and even though she was only 18 they financed her and are helping her build her credit.
